The answer to this question is not as straightforward as it sounds. The final quote is made up by the many services and medical devices (implants) required to complete the operation. In simple terms, there are four parts of a quote regarding Breast Augmentation surgery:
1) Surgeon’s Fee: This is the fee charged by the surgeon for his time and expertise.
2) Operating Room Fees: This fee will vary by facility for the procedure done, but the charge encompasses the nursing staff and all the materials like sutures.
3) Anesthesia Fees: This fee is based on predicted time of the surgery in the operating room. Dr. Brown only uses board certified Anesthesiologists by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
4) Implant Cost: Again, this cost will vary depending on saline, silicone or shaped implants. Expect to spend between $850-$2700 for the cost of implants.
Some patients will require a breast lift (Mastopexy) in addition to their Breast Augmentation surgery to achieve their goal.
