This 33-year-old female patient came to Dr. Brown to discuss Breast Augmentation Surgery. She had a moderate degree of asymmetry with a right breast that drooped slightly more than the left. She selected Allergan smooth round silicone gel implants with a volume of 457cc’s. The implants were placed through an incision in the armpit via a trans-axillary endoscopic approach. An endoscopic camera was used to create a pocket beneath the muscle and the implants are placed with no scar on the breast.
