- Do not shower until Dr. Brown removes your splint
- Avoid bathtubs, hot-tubs, and swimming pools until cleared by Dr. Brown
- Avoid strenuous activity for 4-6 weeks. Dr. Brown will clear you for these activities
- Wait to travel by air or long distances by car until after your splint is removed
