This 60-year-old female patient came to Dr. Brown to discuss having Facial Rejuvenation Surgery. Her main concerns were the changes that were beginning to occur in the neck and face. She was looking for a more refreshed look. She had an endoscopic mid facelift using an endoscope followed by a facelift and neck lift with Platysmaplasty (neck muscle repair). Note in the preoperative picture that her left eyebrow was lower compared to her right eyebrow. Using the endoscopic mid-face approach allowed me to place a suture to correct this asymmetry. She has much softer full cheeks in her post- operative picture along with corrected deepening of her nasolabial creases. She has re-gained a more youthful round appearance to her jawline with correction of her jowls. The side view demonstrates a more rejuvenated neck angle which also giver her chin a more youthful appearance.
